Flat monthly fee
Priced around your books, not a package.
As low as $200 a month
That covers a straightforward set of books. Past that, no two are the same, so we do not sell fixed tiers. We review what you have, agree on the scope, and quote a single flat monthly fee. It is never hourly, and it does not change unless the scope changes and you have approved it.
What determines your fee
Transaction volume
The number of transactions moving through your bank, card, and payment accounts in a typical month.
Accounts and entities
A single operating account is faster to reconcile than several. Additional cards, loans, and entities each widen the scope.
Condition of the records
Books that are current take less work than several years of backlog. Catch-up is scoped and quoted separately from the monthly fee.
