What happens after you send it

You get a reply within one business day, from me, with three things in it: a scope, a flat monthly fee, and a date I could start. Not a brochure, not a calendar link that leads to a pitch.

If what you need is not something I do, I will say so plainly rather than stretch to fit it. That happens most often with payroll and with tax filing, neither of which I take on.

Three answers make the quote real

A quote given without these is a guess, and you should be sceptical of anyone who offers one anyway. If you have them to hand, put them in the message:

• Roughly how many transactions a month run through your bank, cards and payment processors. An estimate is fine. This is the single biggest driver of the fee.
• How many accounts and entities. One operating account is a different job from four accounts, two cards and a loan. Two businesses under one owner are two sets of books.
• How far behind things are. Up to date, a few months, a few years, or never properly set up. This decides whether we start with monthly work or with a cleanup first.

If you do not know any of them, say so and send it anyway. Not knowing is itself a useful answer, and it is a common one.

Other ways to reach me

The form is easiest because it asks the right questions, but it is not the only route. Call or email directly and you skip the analytics entirely. I am reachable any hour, any day, though a message at 11pm gets answered in the morning rather than at 11pm.

What will not happen

No drip sequence, no follow-up campaign, no reselling your details. Your enquiry goes to my inbox and a copy goes to yours. If you do not reply, I will not chase you.
